§ 151.17 CONFLICTS.
   In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter, federal law and the Act, federal law or the Act, as applicable, shall control. Any other ordinance or part thereof in conflict with the provisions of this chapter is hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
