§ 95.08 STATE LAW.
   Nothing in this chapter shall diminish or restrict the village, the Commission or the person from exercising their rights, and the Commission or the Village Board may at any stage of the proceeding provided for herein decline to take further action and refer the matter to the State Equal Opportunity Commission.
