§ 53.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   Any person wishing to connect with the sewer system shall make an application in writing to the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall then forward the application to the Sewer Commissioner. The Commissioner may require any applicant to make a service deposit in such amount as he or she deems necessary subject to the review of the governing body. Sewer service may not be supplied to any house or building except upon the order of the Sewer Commissioner.
