§ 52.30 CROSS-CONNECTION CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   A Cross-Connection Control Officer shall be appointed by the Board of Trustees of the village to oversee the enforcement of this section. This person shall be responsible for reviewing surveys submitted by the customers of the Municipal Water Department and determining if a backflow prevention device is required to comply with 179 Neb. Admin. Code § 2, “Regulations Governing Public Water Supply Systems.”
   (B)   All customers of the Municipal Water Department shall be required to report to the Cross-Connection Control Officer any potential cross-connections which may be on their premises. This report shall be made at least every five years.
   (C)   Any decision of the Cross-Connection Control Officer may be appealed to the Board of Trustees, whose decision shall be final.
