9-2-7: METHOD OF DISPOSAL:
   A.   The disposal of garbage and rubbish shall be by an approved method of incineration (not open burning) or by landfill and daily cover. (2014 Code § 17-205)
   B.   There shall be no open burning on the premises, unless the operations are carried out in an approved type incinerator, or approval is obtained from the Town Health Officer. (2014 Code § 17-202)
