Police officers shall have the right to seize and impound any bus that was used in the commission or furtherance of a violation of this chapter. Whenever a police officer has probable cause to believe that a bus is subject to seizure and impoundment, such seizure and impoundment shall be in the manner set forth in Chapter 76 of this code.
