§ 150.36 ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
   Any person who causes the alteration, demolition or removal of any property or structure in the Historic District without a certificate of appropriateness or a certificate of economic hardship shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500. Every day each such violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate violation.
