§ 151.30 MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Each rental property that has been registered pursuant to this subchapter shall be maintained in accordance with all applicable provisions of the City Code and free of any nuisance, including, but not limited to, nuisance greenery, garbage, rubbish, refuse, graffiti, stagnant water, foul odors, and dilapidated or unsafe buildings or structures.
   (B)   Each rental property that has been registered pursuant to this subchapter shall be maintained in a secure manner so as to be inaccessible by unauthorized persons, including, but not limited to, boarding up, closing off, locking windows and entrances, or enclosing the exterior of the property with an appropriate fence or wall.
