§ 151.27 APPLICABILITY.

These sections shall be considered cumulative and not superseding or subject to any other law or provision for same, but rather be an additional remedy available to the city above and beyond any other applicable laws of the State of Illinois or the provisions of the city's Code of Ordinances for same.
