(A) Open burning. Open burning shall be allowed without prior notification to the Fire Code Official only for recreational fires, highway safety flares, and smudge pots.
(B) Open burning permit fees.
(1) Residential: $25
(2) Commercial: $100
(C) Standby manpower and apparatus fees.
(1) Cost of manpower: $75 per man/per hour - 1 hour minimum charge.
(2) Cost of emergency apparatus per unit: $135 per hour - 1 hour minimum charge.
