No person shall consume or use cannabis in violation of the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. The consumption or use of cannabis is strictly prohibited in tobacco shops, alternative nicotine shops, or vapor shops regardless of whether smoking or vaping is allowed under the Smoke Free Illinois Act or by ordinance.
