§ 154.17 PRIVATE ROADWAYS BUILT TO EXISTING CITY SPECIFICATIONS.
   Except as expressly modified herein, all private roadway systems within the mobile home park shall be installed and maintained in accordance with existing city specifications, or as the specifications may from time to time be modified.
