Any license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to revocation or suspension for cause by the City Council upon complaint filed with the City Clerk, signed by any Law Enforcement Officer, Health Officer, or Building Inspector and after a public hearing upon such complaints, provided that the holder of such license shall be given ten days' notice in writing of such hearing.
