Every park shall be equipped at all times with fire extinguishing equipment in good working order, of such type, size, and number and so located within the park, in addition to fire hydrants, as to satisfy applicable reasonable regulations of the Fire Department. No open fires shall be permitted at any place. All fire prevention equipment and appurtenances shall be maintained by the park licensee, and subject to inspection and approval by the Lockport Township Fire Department.
