(A) Water supply. An adequate municipal water supply for drinking and domestic purposes shall be supplied to all service buildings and to all mobile home spaces within the park to meet the occupancy requirements of the park. Installation and construction shall conform to the requirements of the city. Each mobile home space shall be provided with a cold water tap at least four inches above the ground. Each unit shall have an individual water meter.
(B) Electrical service. An electrical outlet supplying at least 100-115/220-250 volts, 100 amperes shall be provided for each mobile home space. Each mobile home site shall be provided with a fuse- or breaker-controlled disconnect with a minimum rating of 100 amperes, all conforming to the city building code.
(C) Central fuel supply. All mobile homes shall operate from a central fuel supply for their fuel needs.
(D) Lighting. Street lighting on public streets shall conform to the subdivision regulations of the city as amended by ordinance.
(1) The driveway to each mobile home site shall be lighted at night with either a gas or electric light.
(2) Each mobile home unit shall be provided with a front and rear electric light.
(3) The cost of installation, maintenance, and operation of street lighting on private streets and roadways shall be at the expense of the licensee.
(E) TV antennas. A cable TV antenna system with all cabling underground is required. No individual TV antennas are permitted.
