(A) Each application for such operating license shall be accompanied by a license fee of $500 for a mobile home park capable of accommodating 20 or fewer mobile homes, and an additional fee of $25 for each area unit in excess of 20. Each such license shall expire at the end of the fiscal year ending June 30 in which issued, but in the event a license is used more than a month after the beginning of any fiscal year, the fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the fiscal year. Before any license shall be renewed the premises shall be subject to the same inspection as on original application.
(B) Such license shall be conspicuously posted on the premises of the mobile home park at all times.
(C) Any mobile home park license may be trans-ferred upon the presentment to the City Clerk of a written application of the holder of such license approved by the director of public works or author-ized city agent. Upon application in writing for a transfer of a license and payment of the transfer fee, and the filing of a bond as required elsewhere in this chapter, the City Clerk shall issue a transfer if the transferee is of good moral character, and providing all the terms and conditions of this chapter and the terms and conditions of the initial license have been and are being fully complied with.
