(A) A certified copy of the resolution approving or disapproving the final subdivision plat or development plan shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk attached to said final subdivision plat or final development plan.
(B) The final subdivision plat, together with all other applicable documents, shall be recorded by the City Clerk in the County Recorder's Office for the county in which the property is located. All recording fees shall be paid by the applicant.
