§ 153.20.050 PROCEDURE FOR FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OR FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW.
   No person shall subdivide or develop any parcel of land until a final subdivision plat or development plan shall have been reviewed by the Plan and Zoning Commission and reviewed and approved by the corporate authorities as set forth herein.
