§ 153.20.043 CORPORATE AUTHORITIES REVIEW OF THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   The corporate authorities, by resolution, shall accept or reject the preliminary subdivision plat or development plan within 30 days after its next regularly scheduled meeting following the date of action of the Plan and Zoning Commission. The applicant and the Corporate Authorities may mutually agree to extend the 30 day period.
