§ 153.20.042 PLAN AND ZONING COMMISSION REVIEW OF THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT OR PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
   Upon receipt of all materials under § 153.20.041 for the preliminary subdivision plat or preliminary development plan, the Director of Community and Economic Development or authorized designee shall circulate the preliminary subdivision plat or preliminary development plan among various city departments and agencies for their review and comment. The Director of Community and Economic Development or authorized designee shall place the matter on the Plan and Zoning Commission agenda and shall serve notice upon the applicant of the time and place of its meeting at which said matter will be discussed. The Plan and Zoning Commission shall review the preliminary subdivision plat or preliminary development plan for compliance with the rules, regulations and other ordinances of the city, as well as the comprehensive and long-range plans for the community. The Plan and Zoning Commission shall recommend approval or disapproval of the preliminary subdivision plat or preliminary development plan within 90 days from the date of the application or the filing by the applicant of the last item of required supporting data, whichever date is later, unless such time is extended by mutual consent.
