§ 153.20.031 CONCEPT PLAN APPROVAL.
   A concept plan is valid one year from the date of the approval. Approval of a concept plan provides the applicant reasonable assurances to move forward with submission of a preliminary plat or preliminary development plan. The preliminary plat or preliminary development plan shall be in general conformance with the approved concept plan.
