(A) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, to give away, deliver or to keep with the intention of selling at retail, giving away or delivering tobacco products within the city without having first obtained a tobacco dealer's license therefore pursuant to this chapter. A tobacco dealer's license shall be required of a person who solely sells or offers for sale alternative nicotine products and/or vapor products.
(B) Such license shall be in addition to any other license required by this code.
(C) For existing alternative nicotine shops and vapor shops established prior to the adoption date of this chapter, tobacco licenses shall be required to be obtained by the owner or operator of a regulated establishment no later than July 1, 2017.
