(A) It is unlawful for any person knowingly to possess, use, consume, purchase, or transport cannabis within the corporate limits of the city, unless authorized by the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act 410 ILCS 130 et seq. as amended or as authorized by any other federal or state law including the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, 410 ILCS 705, et seq., as amended.
(B) The term CANNABIS as used in this section shall have the meaning ascribed to it by the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act, as amended.
