§ 117.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DONATION DROP-OFF FACILITY. A facility/box where material donations for nonprofit agencies or institutional uses are collected.
