No person, firm, corporation, or organization may sell or solicit any goods, wares, merchandise, food stuffs or services of any kind, or enter into any fund raising activities during the community festival known as Old Canal Days Festival which takes place in June, without first obtaining the approval of the Lockport Area Chamber of Commerce.
