(A) The Lockport Area Chamber of Commerce is hereby determined to be the agency by which all arts and crafts, concessions, club fund raisers, and peddlers must apply and be approved in order to participate in the Old Canal Days Festival.
(B) The Lockport Area Chamber of Commerce shall develop standards and procedures by which participants of Old Canal Days shall adhere to.
