Applications for such licenses shall be made to the City Clerk, and shall contain a statement of the nature of the article, cards or advertisement to be distributed and the name of the applicant and the name of the manufacturer or distributor of such article or service advertised. Except as herein otherwise specifically provided, the manner of application, payment, conditions, issuance, and duration of the license shall be as prescribed by Ch. 110.
