(A) No licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall engage in any activity or conduct or suffer or permit any other person to engage in any activity or conduct in or about the licensed premises which is prohibited by any ordinance of the City of Lockport or the laws of the state or the United States.
(B) No licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall permit, allow, or acquiesce to the continued non-compliance with the terms of any agreements including, but not limited to the terms of any annexation agreements and developments applicable to the property in which the licensed premises is located.
