§ 111.45 LICENSEE TO AID IN ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to allow persons in a drunken condition to remain upon or loiter in or around any licensed premises, or to harbor, conceal, aid, or assist any person who has any criminal offense against the laws of the state; or to refuse to aid or assist the law enforcing officers of the city in the apprehension of persons accused of or suspected of crime.
