§ 111.43 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND REMOVAL OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR FROM PREMISES.
   (A)   All alcoholic liquors must be consumed within the establishment or connected areas making up the licensed area. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the public way outside the establishment or parking lot connected to or controlled by the licensee. The licensee shall take action to stop the consumption of alcoholic beverages in those areas.
   (B)   No person shall nor shall a licensee permit a person to remove or attempt to remove alcoholic liquor in an open container or when permitted by applicable license in any packaging other than its original container or packaging from the licensed premises. The licensee shall post a sign at all exits prohibiting open liquor from being removed from the licensed premises. The licensee shall be prohibited from making “to go” or carry-out sales from the licensed premises unless the licensee is properly licensed for sales in closed containers.
