§ 111.41 CONDUCT OR ACT PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, while acting as a waiter, waitress, bartender, entertainer or in any other position with licensee to intentionally:
      (1)   Expose or appear without a fully opaque covering of his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region;
      (2)   Expose any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region;
      (3)   No female person, while on the premises and in public view, shall engage in the following conduct:
         (a)   Expose that area of the female breast below the top of the areola;
         (b)   Employ any device or covering which is intended to give the appearance of or simulate that area of the human breast below the top of the areola; or
         (c)   Appear without a fully opaque covering of that area of the human breast below the top of the areola.
      (4)   A person shall be deemed to be a waiter, waitress, bartender or entertainer if such person acts in that capacity without regard to whether or not such person is paid any compensation by the management of the establishment in which the activity is performed.
      (5)   Performers of acts, or simulated acts, of sexual intercourse, masturbation, bestiality, flagellation or deviate sexual conduct as defined in state law.
      (6)   The display of films, pictures or any other visual display depicting acts set forth in divisions (A)(1), (2), (3) and (5) of this section.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, while in a premises that has a liquor license to intentionally:
      (1)   Expose or appear without a fully opaque covering of his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region;
      (2)   Expose any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, natal cleft, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region;
      (3)   No female person, while on the premises and in public view, shall engage in the following conduct:
         (a)   Expose that area of the female breast below the top of the areola;
         (b)   Employ any device or covering which is intended to give the appearance of or simulate that area of the human breast below the top of the areola; or
         (c)   Appear without a fully opaque covering of that area of the human breast below the top of the areola.
      (4)   Performers of acts, or simulated acts, of sexual intercourse, masturbation, bestiality, flagellation, or deviate sexual conduct as defined in state law.
      (5)   The display of films, pictures or any other visual display depicting acts set forth in divisions (B)(1), (2), (3) and (5) above.
   (C)   No licensee shall offer or permit the following activity on any part of the licensed premises:
      (1)   No fashion shows shall be permitted at which male or female undergarments, bathing suits, or lingerie is displayed on human bodies.
      (2)   No sexually oriented entertainment shall be permitted. The term "sexually oriented entertainment" shall have the same meaning as the term "sexually oriented business" as that term is defined in § 116.40. The term "sexually oriented entertainment" shall include employees or agents of the licensee who are clothed in a manner so as to constitute "adult entertainment" as that term is defined in the same section of the Municipal Code.
      (3)   No person shall sell or offer for sale or offer as a prize for a raffle any clothing that constitutes male or female undergarments, bathing suits, or lingerie.
      (4)   No male or female striptease (regardless of whether they strip off all of their clothes), wet t-shirt contest, mud wrestling in Jell-O or wrestling in any substance other than air, and any similar contest or performance.
