§ 111.07 EXAMINATION OF APPLICANT FOR LOCAL LICENSE.
   Examination of applicant for local license and application charge:
   (A)   The Local Liquor Commissioner shall have the right to examine, or cause to be examined, under oath, any application for a local license or for a renewal thereof, or any licensee upon whom notice of revocation or suspension has been served as provided by statute, and to examine or cause to be examined the books and records of any such applicant or licensee, to hear testimony and take proofs for his or her information in the performance of his or her duties, and for such purpose to issue subpoenas which shall be effective in any part of this state. For the purpose of obtaining any of the information desired by the Local Liquor Control Commission under this section, he or she may authorize his or her agent to act on his or her behalf, as provided by statute.
   (B)   There shall be an initial application fee charge of $500 for a new application to a liquor license. This charge shall be paid at the time that the application is submitted to the Liquor License Commissioner. This fee is in addition to the costs of fingerprinting the applicant. This charge is not refundable. There shall be no application fee charged for a yearly application renewal.
