For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OUTDOOR SPECIAL EVENT. A onetime or infrequently occurring event that takes place outside normal operations, programs or activities of the private sponsoring/organizing individual, group or business. An outdoor special event permit may be permitted in any zoning district upon application to the City Clerk’s office for review and approval.
