The term
SIDEWALK SALE, as used in this chapter, shall mean making available for sale, by one or more persons, merchandise, either tangible or intangible, from any kind of a table, counter, pushcart, wagon, or a delivery by any means, on any portion of a sidewalk in the city. This definition shall not be construed to include TAG DAYS.
