Notwithstanding any other sections of this chapter, if any user discharges sewage, industrial wastes or other wastes into the sanitary sewers contrary to the provisions of this chapter, federal or state pretreatment requirements, or any order of the Lockport Sanitary Sewer Department, the City Attorney may commence an action for appropriate legal and/or equitable relief in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, Will County.
