§ 55.030 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any significant industrial user to discharge without a NPDES or Lockport Sanitary Sewer Department permit to any natural outlet within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, and/or to the POTW any wastewater except as authorized by the Superintendent in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
