(A) (1) Discharges from each separate discharge of a user, as measured under the provisions of this chapter, shall not contain in excess of the following concentrations (daily maximum) based upon the sampling methods listed in the user's permit. Sampling for individual pollutants may be waived if through sampling the user can demonstrate that the identified pollutant is not contained in the user's wastewater.

(2) Compliance with the provisions of division (A) of this section shall be required no later than 365 days following the effective date of this chapter.
(B) Concentrations apply at the point where the industrial waste is discharged to the POTW. All concentrations for metallic substances are for "total" metal unless indicated otherwise. At his discretion, the Superintendent may impose mass limitations in addition to or in place of the concentration based limitations above.
