§ 51.138 EFFECT OF REQUEST FOR HEARING ON PENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION.
   Upon the timely filing by any person of request for hearing challenging pending or threatened administrative action against that person, such as disconnection of service or initiation of collection procedures, such administrative action shall be delayed pending the decision of the Corporate Authorities.
