(A) The Hearing Party shall schedule a hearing within 15 days of the filing of a request for hearing.
(B) The Hearing Party shall cause written notice of the scheduled hearing to be notice of the scheduled hearing no later than seven days prior to the scheduled hearing or delivered in person no later than five days prior to the scheduled hearing, with a copy of the notice being retained by the office of the city of Lockport with a notation thereon of the manner and date of service.
