(A) An industrial user of the city sewer and water system may provide separate water meters for a chiller and/or cooling system for its mechanical process. The meters shall be owned by the city. The city reserves the right to inspect said water meters and the users premises in order to determine if the meters are being used solely for the above-mentioned purpose.
(B) One water meter will be installed at the inlet line and one shall be installed at the discharge line of such system.
(C) The water meters shall be billed on the basis of water charges of the city but shall not be billed for sewer charges.
(D) The users shall be responsible for the installation of said meters at the actual cost of said meters plus the following:
(1) $50 Water Department inspection costs; and
(2) Inspection fees for plumbing and electrical inspection, if required.
