§ 51.014 NEW CUSTOMERS REQUIRED TO CONNECT ONTO BOTH SEWER AND WATER LINES.
   Any person, firm, corporation, or developer who requests that the city provide sewer service to their properties that are located within the facility planning area of the city, must also be serviced with water service from the city.
