§ 39.18 DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST STATEMENT.

   (A)   Whenever any official or employee has an ownership, employment, financial, or family interest in a proposed contract, business or transaction with the city which interest is allowed under the city Code of Ethics, such official or employee shall file with the City Clerk a written disclosure of interest statement in the following form or such other substantially similar form as the City Administrator may hereafter prescribe.

   (B)   Such written disclosure of interest statement shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than the call to order of the meeting at which action is contemplated or, where there is no such meeting, within 48 hours of the official's or employee's learning of an interest allowed under the city Code of Ethics.
