§ 34.56 EFFECTIVE DATE OF TAX.
   The tax provided for herein shall take effect for all bills issued on or after July 1, 2011. Copies of Ordinance No. 10-035 shall be certified and sent to the Illinois Department of Revenue prior to March 20, 2011.
