§ 33.01 ADOPTION OF ANNUAL BUDGET.
   The city adopts ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 8-2-9.1 through 8-2-9.10 providing for an annual municipal budget in lieu of the passage of an annual appropriation ordinance.
