(A) The Board of Trustees of the Lockport Waterworks and Sewerage System is hereby dissolved effective April 30, 1995. Effective May 1, 1995 all functions, duties and obligations of the Board of Trustees of any kind or nature shall reside with the Corporate Authorities of the city.
(B) Any references to the “Board of Trustees of the Lockport Waterworks and Sewerage System” in the Municipal Code of the city is hereby amended to read “Corporate Authorities.”
