(A) When property is seized as a result of a search, a return of the property shall be made to the judge named in the search warrant or to any court of competent jurisdiction. An inventory of the property seized shall be made and signed under oath by the police officer executing the search warrant.
(B) The court or judge before whom the return of the property was made shall enter an order providing for the custody of the property.
