§ 31.14 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS RECEIVED BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
   The Chief of Police shall pay over to the Clerk of the circuit court all money received for bail. Any other sums collected by the Police Department shall be paid to the city treasury.
