§ 30.079 ANNUAL ACCOUNT.
   Prior to July 1 of each year, the City Treasurer, Finance Director as designee, shall annually prepare and file with the City Clerk an account of all moneys received and expenditures incurred during the preceding year. Upon receipt of such account from the City Treasurer or designee, the City Clerk shall publish the account at least once, in one or more newspapers published in the municipality, or, if no newspaper is published therein, then in one or more newspapers having a general circulation within the municipality. The City Clerk shall also provide one copy to each municipal official.
