§ 30.025 CITY CLERK.

The City Clerk shall be the keeper of the city seal and shall affix it to all instruments and papers which by law or ordinance are required to be so attested by the city seal. He shall have custody of and safely keep all public records, documents, ordinances, resolutions, and orders of the City Council and such other papers and documents as may be delivered into his custody.
