§ 12.16 FISCAL YEAR.
   After the fiscal year of 2013-2014 ends on June 30, 2014, the city shall have a shortened fiscal year from July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. Thereafter, the fiscal year of the city shall commence on January 1, 2015 and end on December 31, 2015 and shall commence on January 1 and shall end on December 31 of each succeeding year.
